Business growth is my passion, nothing gives me greater joy than seeing businesses transform and level up.

But…

Business growth should not be at the compromise of the freedom and flexibility that is supposed to come with being your own boss.

That’s why I'm anti-hustle. I'm not against hard work, but none of our clients are looking for a busy jobs, they’re all looking to simplify and streamline as they scale. So that’s what I help you do. I help you step into the role of a business owner working on the business instead of a business operator working in the business. As cliché as it is, we’re all about helping you work smarter, not harder.

So many ‘gurus’ keep themselves in business by overcomplicating things and overwhelming people, so they need them. I do exactly the opposite. I break it down so it is simple, fast and effective so you can get growing!

I'm not about jumping on the latest and greatest business fad, I'm about identifying what your business needs and getting you focused on the areas that will help you get the greatest return on investment.

I help you say no to shiny objects that will fragment your focus and dilute your impact.

Who I work with

My clients have amazing products/services and amazing ideas, but wish they had someone with the strategies and systems to get it in front of more eyeballs and ultimately make more sales. That’s where I come in.

I don’t share client details without an NDA (like we won’t share yours), but some examples of client results achieved when working with us are:

Taking a business from $0 to $30k/month in 9 months (and still growing! She will be at $50k/month within the next 6 months).

Launching a new product for a client bringing in $75k in new revenue in her first launch with 3 weeks from idea to launch. She's gearing up for her next launch which is set to be even bigger!

Working together

You are investing in a transformative coaching experience which means that this is not a ‘one size fits all’ program.

This is a custom coaching experience, not a course. For that reason, I don’t break down exactly what I will focus on during each week or month because that is going to vary depending on you, your business and your goals.

Here’s how we will work together…

We will kick off with a 90-minute session to dive deep into your business.  During this call I will be there to learn about your business and ensure we’re clear on where you are now, where you want to go and how we can help you close the gap.

During this meeting we develop a game plan together focused on how we can grow your business and make the most progress during our time together.

Then after that we will have 60-minute weekly coaching sessions to keep you moving forward.

No two sessions will be the same, but there will be some things that remain consistent.

We will always have an accountability element to hold you accountable to what you said you will do to help you keep focused and get more done.

There won’t be homework or unrealistic hustle work. It will be you deciding what you will commit to getting done before our next session and us making sure you did it.

This is critical because I know how much potential you have and whilst I will help guide you in what you should be doing in your business, I can’t do it for you. Think of it like personal training, I can show you how to do the push ups, but we can’t do the push ups for you. That’s why we constantly check in on your progress.

We are amazing cheerleaders but can also be a$$ kickers when we need to be.

We will often have a mindset element to help you break through any blocks that may be getting in the way of your business growth. We will help you unearth what is holding you back, challenge you to smash any self-limiting beliefs and create a game plan to move forward.

Finally, there will always be a pure business element to our sessions. This will vary from session as it will be determined by what we agree you need most during that session to help you make progress in growing your business. It could be a:

  • Brainstorming session e.g. working through some ideas you have for your business and helping you narrow down and prioritise
  • Strategy session e.g. helping you define your launch strategy
  • Review session e.g. reviewing your website

Or so much more.

But that’s not all. Something you don’t get with most coaches is unlimited access to us in between sessions.

I am passionate about momentum so you will get Voxer access to us to ask those quick questions or clarifications you need to keep moving forward.

That means you’ll never be feeling stuck and hanging out for our next session together. Just send us a quick message and I will answer within 24 hours Monday to Friday (I usually over deliver and come back faster but want to set realistic expectations).

But let’s get clear about a couple of things.

Firstly, I don’t do cookie cutter, I do custom.

If you’re looking for a step-by-step course or a set of templates this is not for you. While I will walk you through what to do in your business step-by-step it will be unique to your business and will vary depending on where you are in your business lifecycle, what niche you’re in and what your strengths are.

I won’t give you a packet of generic templates. We might share some of our models with you if they’re relevant to where you’re at, but we will talk about how to use them in your business, not just give you a bunch of useless templates.

Secondly, I don’t do the work for you.

Whilst I have the skillset and experience to build your website, write your copy or manage your Facebook ads a.) I'm expensive because I charge at my normal coaching rates and b.) I don’t love it.

I used to do done for you work and leveraged my team and network to support me in that, but I ended up being an expensive project manager and I felt like I was being underutilised because I could offer so much more strategic value in a coaching capacity.

So now I will tell you what you need, I will review and give you feedback, and I will refer you if we know someone who can do an amazing job. That way you get more value from me and more value for your money.

If you want to do it yourself, that’s also a-ok! I'll guide you on what to do, give you feedback help you tweak it during our sessions etc. but I won’t physically do the work from scratch for you.

Your investment

I call it an investment because I genuinely believe that business coaching is one of the most valuable investments you can make in your business and life.

That’s why I have invested over $50k in my own business coaching working with the best coaches in the world, I don’t just talk the talk, I walk the walk.

In fact, I'm so passionate about the power of business coaching that I offer it even though it is the least profitable area of my business (there’s a truth bomb most people would never share).

That’s one of the reasons, I only work with a maximum of 4 clients at any one time and I am VERY selective about who I choose to work with.

The other reason is that I go all in with my 1:1 clients. I will be talking about you and your business on my morning walks, having brilliant brainwaves in the shower (tell me I’m not the only one that has breakthroughs in the shower) and dreaming about your growth at night. As such, I only have the capacity to take on a small number of clients so I can stay focused and get to know you and your business intimately.

Our quarterly packages are great if you want to ensure I'm a good long-term fit.

My promise

Quite simply what I do works...

So I have a pretty amazing promise I make to my clients.

If you don't get any results during our time working together I will work with you for FREE until you do.

Yes, really.

Ok, so my lawyers hate guarantees, because of course "results are dependent on each individual client’s commitment, focus, follow-through, implementation, skills, and communication."

So while I can't guarantee what your results will be, I can promise that if you implement everything you commit to during our coaching calls (as guided by me) and do not get any results during our time working together, I will continue to work with you for free until you do.

I really believe that there has to be the right fit on both sides to ensure maximum growth.

I have 4 high level criteria that I use to determine if you are the right fit for me:

  1. Do I believe I can help you grow your business?

  2. Do I believe in your brand direction?

  3. Am I passionate about the product/service that you offer?

  4. Would I have you over for a BBQ?

The good news is that you have passed my “fit test” and it goes without saying that I'd love to get started and onboard you as a client.

So now is the time that you need to decide if I'm the right fit for you?

Think about what your “fit test” is and if I pass get ready to sign on the dotted line (well actually after you select which program suits you best below.

As you know I only take a maximum of 4 clients at any given time and right now I am at 3 with a few other potential clients that have just joined our waitlist.

For that reason, I ask that you let us know within 5 days whether or not you will be working with me as I will offer your place to another waitlisted client at that time.

As with everything in my business I strive to make things as simple as possible.

No back-and-forth paper contracts, just a simple e-sign built right into this proposal.

So, if you’re ready to move forward all you need to do is select which package suits you best.

Once your payment is received, you will be sent a contract to sign and a form to complete so I can learn more about your business. This is what I call your ‘Business Baseline’ so be honest, this is how I can track your progress.
