When I first started my company, I created it the same way most people do. Trading time for money. If I wanted to increase my income, my hours were also required to increase and it wasn't long before my business literally took over my life.
I felt trapped by this never ending 'job' I'd created for myself, I hardly saw my young kids and I realised I was missing some of the most important events in my family's lives.
